Kane Creek rake & ride

Join us for a half-day to block off a hill climb that's off of the designated Kane Creek 4WD route. Kane Creek has a difficulty rating of 7 out of 10, but we won't reach Hamburger Hill, so the difficulty is as low as 5 out of 10 (although the route is still rather tight and flexy). All types of capable vehicle are welcome. A seat in another volunteer's vehicle may be available if you contact the MTC chair, Clif Koontz (435-259-8334 or Clif at RideWithRespect dot org). Bring work gloves, boots, raincoat, sunscreen, hat, snacks, and at least three quarts of water. We'll meet at 8:00am at the OHV parking lot where the pavement ends on Kane Creek Road, then drive nearly 7 miles up the graded road, and finally 8 miles up the 4WD route.
