Walk & Listen is a simple weekly gathering for anyone who wants to walk together and share presence.
There is no pressure to talk. No obligation to listen deeply. No facilitation, no therapy. Just people walking side by side.
The purpose is consistency - the same day, same time, same meeting point - so anyone in Mo i Rana, especially international residents connected through MINT, can rely on a steady, welcoming space to connect.
Conversations happen naturally. Silence is also welcome.
