Stodola Plastovice, a beautifully renovated farmhouse blending traditional charm with modern comfort, will be your home for the weekend.

Karina Bolan (UK) is a trained yoga therapist, and draws on centuries of ancient wisdom, with one foot firmly in the modern world. She has been teaching yoga in Prague for over 14 years and has created her own style of adaptive Hatha yoga, so classes are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners. Transportation: You can take the train directly from Hlavni Nadrazi to Ceske Budejovice. We will arrange transfers from Ceske Budejovice train station (200kc per person per way). There is also plenty of parking at the venue (we will help organize car sharing for participants)
