LEAN 101 Workshop in Mitchell

This interactive session explores the fundamentals of Lean through a unique simulation process. Participants gain a better understanding of the value of Lean by acting out a company’s transition to Lean using a learn-and-do approach.

Lean concepts introduced in this session include:
Identifying waste
Creating a visual workplace
Consistency through Standardized Work
Improved Capacity through Batch Size Reduction
Benefits of Pull Systems

The knowledge gained from this workshop enables participants to kickstart a journey to Lean Bronze Certification and/or Lean Leadership for Supervisors.
