Chakra Sound Bath

This spring, embrace a moment of stillness and healing as you immerse yourself in the restorative vibrations of a sound bath.

Using instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes and gongs, this experience gently guides you into deep relaxation.

The soothing frequencies help calm the mind, nurture the body, and support chakra healing, inviting emotional release, energetic balance, and a sense of inner peace.

What to Expect

Class will begin promptly at 6:00 PM. Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to set up your mat and ease to comfort. To maintain a safe and uninterrupted space for all participants, doors will close at 6:00 PM sharp.

You’ll be guided by our experienced sound bath practitioner, Cecilia, as you settle comfortably, lying down with eyes closed, allowing waves of healing sound to wash over you. No effort or experience is required. Simply relax, breathe, and allow the healing tones to guide you into a meditative state.

We’ll ease into the evening with a gentle chakra meditation to help you settle into a calm, grounded space. Then, immerse yourself in a sound healing experience all designed to support chakra alignment and deep relaxation.

What to bring:

A cushion, blanket, optional eye mask and water bottle. Bring anything else that helps you feel comfortable on your mat.
