Big Friend Little Friend Lunch & Learn: Building Confidence and Connections

ach year, Big Friend Little Friend of the Mitchell Area serves over 100 local kids by pairing them with caring mentors who open doors to new experiences, build confidence, and expand opportunities.

Research shows that youth with mentors are more likely to have improved self-esteem, stronger relationships, and greater engagement at school and in the community.

Join us for this free Lunch & Learn to explore how mentoring changes lives—both for kids and for the adults who walk alongside them. Whether you’re curious about becoming a mentor or simply want to understand the impact, this one-hour session will inspire you with the difference a single connection can make.
