ASF Vic ARAP Reporting, Awards, Presentations 2025 (followed by lunch)

The Scout Fellowship Vic (ASF) annual ARAP event for 2025 will be an in-person event at 1st Heatherdale Scout Hall in the eastern suburbs at 34-36 Purches Street Mitcham.

The course of business will include:

• Reports from the 2025 office-bearers, including: Chairman, Treasurer, Voice of Fellowship newsletter Editor, Merchandise.
• Election of office bearers (and council members) for the year ahead.
• The Future of the ASF - more details.
• Consider the proposed "ASF Calendar 2026" (to be circulated prior).
• General business.

The meeting will be followed by lunch (at your own expense) at a nearby hotel bistro (venue TBA to those who reply).

Dress: Scout uniform and medals (if appropriate), or ASF scarf, shirt, windcheater, etc., or smart casual.

Please note for the RSVP, there are three "tickets" (once you have registered, you won't need to bring the ticket to the event):

• ARAP attendance in person (10am to 12noon),
• Bistro Lunch (12 noon until 2:30pm),
• Apology for not being able to attend the meeting.
