Handstand Charity Workshop

Join us for a meaningful and empowering handstand workshop in support of vulnerable Lebanese, Palestinian, and Syrian families living in Lebanon. This event blends fitness, community, and compassion. Giving you the chance to learn a powerful skill while directly impacting families in urgent need.

Under expert guidance with ISA coaches, you’ll learn the foundations of handstands: proper alignment, safe progressions, drills to build balance and strength, fear management, and techniques to help you finally get upside down with confidence. Whether you're a complete beginner or someone looking to refine your form, this workshop is designed for all levels.

What makes this event special is the cause behind it. All proceeds will go toward Human Appeal’s life-saving work in Lebanon. Providing food parcels, winter fuel, medical aid, bread deliveries, orphan sponsorships, and emergency care to families facing a severe humanitarian crisis. I will personally be traveling to Lebanon through the Reach Deployment Program to hand-deliver aid on your behalf, ensuring your contribution makes a real impact.
