The Let’s Get Physical Experience is a indoor high-energy, 80s-themed fitness and wellness event designed to inspire women to move, connect, and embrace self-care in a fun and empowering way. Hosted by Women of Dynamic Change (WODC), this two-hour experience blends movement, mindfulness, and community for an unforgettable day of health and empowerment.

• Live 80s Aerobics Class: A professionally hosted workout that will get you moving, sweating, and feeling fabulous in true retro style.
• Mindful Reset: A calming breath and cool-down session designed to reset your spirit and restore your energy.
• Business Spotlight Opportunity: Share your business or brand in a 2–3 minute feature, highlighting your products, services, or story to inspire and connect with attendees.
• Live Music & 80s Vibes: Groove to throwback hits and fun retro beats that keep the energy high and the vibe unforgettable.
• Photo Moments: Strike a pose in your best 80s gear with Instagram-worthy backdrops.
• Freebies & Prizes: Giveaways and surprises to keep the energy buzzing.
• Healthy Snacks: Nourishing bites to refuel and recharge.

The Let’s Get Physical Experience goes beyond fitness—it’s about breaking barriers, nurturing wellness, and creating meaningful connections. Proceeds from the event help support WODC’s nonprofit mission: empowering women through personal development, leadership, wellness, spirituality, and community.
