3rd Annual Doe Rodeo

Don’t miss this year’s event here at Cornwallis 1828 . We are excited to join up again with Hunter’s Hideout and Rooted Pursuit TV Show for our 3rd Annual Doe Rodeo . This event is about hunters across the Alabama Black Belt region giving back to those in need. Hunters can bring does December the 12th thur 14th. All does are proceeded and donated to Christain Food Banks across the Black Belt region. Last year’s event feed 13,000 people. We will start this years event off with our first challenge to all hunting Clubs to see who can bring the most does in that weekend to kick off this year Doe Rodeo with the “Hunting Club Challenge” The winning club will have your picture taken on the stage with Steve “Wildlife Research” and Jeff the host of Rooted Pursuit TV Show for bragging rights.The main day is Sunday December 14th with gates opening at 9am. We will have lots of hunting vendors,food and thousands of dollars in giveaways. We will have a 11am Service with our National speaker this year being Steve Lambeth, National Sales Manager for Wildlife Research. Sharing his faith and the love of the great outdoors. Also meet the hosts Rooted Pursuit TV Show. The cost this year is a $20.00 ea, donations to help cover the cost of the event. This covers your lunch and one raffle ticket.
