We're Little Winter Sun, and we're super excited to be playing at Torpy Park on Lake Minocqua on Sunday, August 10th, from 3 PM to 6 PM. It's a free, four-part Sunday concert series, and we can't wait to see you there!
The Northwoods Wildlife Center will be selling concessions like brats, hotdogs, chips, snacks, beer, hard seltzer, soda, and water, so remember that outside food and drinks aren't allowed. Just bring your blankets and lawn chairs and get ready for an incredible time filled with great music and positive vibes! Bring your friends and family for a fantastic community gathering you won’t want to miss!
About the band: Little Winter Sun is the indie-pop-folk project of Northwoods-based trio: Brett Winters, Amanda Anderson and Nate Sheppard. All solo artists in their own right, they each bring unique elements to the sonic blend: Winters with guitar, percussion, and harmonica; and Anderson with piano; Sheppard with a ukulele, and looper. They cover a wide variety of genres spanning several decades, using three-part harmonies and a blend of folk, cinematic and pop music to craft eclectic soundscapes.
