Join us for a free community yoga class for grief and loss, honoring the innocent lives lost in the recent Minneapolis shooting at Annunciation. Together, we’ll breathe, move, and hold space for healing — in ourselves and in each other.

All levels. Bring a mat. Bring a friend. Bring you. Hope to see you there.
Just show up - all are welcome… just be cool and respect each others need to let go and breathe.
