Join SIS Leadership Foundation for The Wellness Code: Punch with Purpose, an empowering boxing experience created specifically for women of color. This event is part of our ongoing women’s health and wellness series, designed to support physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

This is more than a workout, it’s an opportunity to move your body, release stress, and reconnect with your strength in a supportive and uplifting environment. Guided by a professional boxing instructor, participants will engage in a high-energy boxing session suitable for all fitness levels.

Whether you’re new to boxing or looking for a fresh way to prioritize your health, this experience is about showing up for yourself, building confidence, and being in community with other powerful women.
