A Two-Part Workshop for Tango dancers and others that are interested in how movement can open emotional insight, this experience offers an opportunity for self exploration, introspection and an opening to re-connecting with YOURSELF and OTHERS with meaning and compassion.
What if tango was something more than just the sum of the music and two dancers?
Join us for a two 90 min-session- workshop that starts or expands your understanding of Tango beyond steps and sequences. Through guided movement, cultural insight, and reflective conversation, we’ll explore how tango becomes a language of presence, empathy, and emotional fluency.
This is not a dance class to learn moves. It’s an opportunity to consider movement as a way to understand ourselves and each other more deeply. YOU ARE WELCOME IF YOU NEVER HAD ANY TANGO INSTRUCTION/EXPERIENCE BEFORE!
You don’t need to be a dancer to join. But if you dance tango—this will shift how you feel the dance.
Facilitated by Viviana Ortelli Founder of Tangopolitan and creator of , Viviana curates immersive journeys into the soul of Argentine culture. A multimedia artist, interpreter, and tango dancer with over 30 years of experience leading transformational workshops, she bridges movement and emotional storytelling with rare sensitivity.
