Solstice Throw-back InterPlay with Slow

Starting about 7 years ago, I began hosting movement, story, and song practices in the basement of the community house where I live. Only about 4 years ago did I begin renting space at arts centers. Well, I goofed and don't have an art center space this December and figured - why not have a throw-back to the days of playing here in the open-floor basement at Sprout House where I still live? Come join together to celebrate the Winter Solstice through exploring creative expression and release together! This is a donation-based event - when you give, it supports me to continue providing these fun-filled events into the future. You can bring cash or send via Venmo to @bodyconnectmn! I've extended this special session to two full hours so we have a little more time to PLAY! We'll start with simple story-telling and shift into moving our bodies, more stories, and wrap with improvised music. It's all lightly guided and you are invited to follow your own body - whatever YOU are feeling and needing at any given moment. If you arrive late, come through the Unit 1 door, through the living room and kitchen, and take the stairwell down to the basement (past the laundry room there's a door). Hope to see you there!
