THE CHRONICLES OF SHLUMP TOUR
with Rsun, Dmtree, and Szyra
Friday, November 28th, 2025 – The Cabooze (Minneapolis, MN)
Prepare to be abducted into the world of Alien Bass as Shlump lands at The Cabooze for The Chronicles of Shlump Tour! Known for his cosmic sound design and otherworldly stage energy, Shlump transports audiences through psychedelic dimensions of bass—fusing classic dubstep roots with West Coast experimentation and massive waves of low-end power.
Supporting sets from Dmtree, Rsun, and Szyra bring even more sonic depth to the night, with immersive lighting and visuals by VJ Kobra + Interstellar Lighting. Expect heavy bass, vivid light, and interdimensional vibes all night long.
Shlump (Michael Petzel) grew up in California’s Bay Area, where his early love for metal and punk merged with his fascination for electronic music. Influenced by Aphex Twin, Squarepusher, and Coki, he developed his unique “Alien Bass” sound—a collision of classic dubstep and West Coast futurism.
With releases on Wakaan, Deadbeats, Circus Records, and Deep Dark & Dangerous, and collaborations with Liquid Stranger, LSDream, and Doctor P, Shlump has graced major festival stages including Lollapalooza, Bonnaroo, Shambhala, and Bass Canyon.
