Learn how Minnesota’s new Paid Leave law affects your business and employees, get answers to your questions, and connect with local business leaders.
This is a roll-up-your-sleeves session. Come wherever you are in the process. Break out into small groups led by HR experts and coaches. Work side by side to build your plan and process for employee leave. Leave knowing exactly what to do next—or knowing you just did it. You’ll walk away with a clear SOP and timeline to reference whenever you need to administer a leave of absence.
