Bryan is a real estate broker and content creator who started his career in the newspaper business before transitioning to real estate 11 years ago. He’s grown a small but dedicated following by highlighting the quirkiest traits of Minnesota communities, garnering more than 19 million views in the first eight months of 2025 while doubling his small brokerage’s revenue.

A blogger, live streamer, and social media adopter before any of that was cool; Jason has been a digital innovator in Minnesota media since 2003. On TV, he's answered "Good Questions" and anchored the morning news at WCCO-TV. Today, he's talking about news and life on 830 AM WCCO and videostreaming his show on X, YouTube, and Facebook.
