Barry Eugene White was an American singer, songwriter, and producer who was active from the 1950s to the 2000s. He was known for his bass voice and romantic image, and his greatest success came in the 1970s. White was a two-time Grammy Award winner and sold over 100 million records. White began his career as a pianist and session musician, and also managed and produced other artists.
