Guest Chef Elliot from Hi-Lo Diner @ Soup for You!

On Monday, September 22, we’re thrilled to welcome Chef Elliott from Hi-Lo Diner as our Guest Chef! He’ll be preparing a hearty vegetarian chili to share with the community.

Hi-Lo Diner is a beloved neighborhood spot with a rich history—an original 1957 Fodero Diner that made the journey from Gibsonia, PA to Minneapolis, where it continues the great American diner tradition at 4020 East Lake Street.

Soup For You! serves free soup to all, weekdays from 11:30 AM–1:00 PM at Holy Trinity Church, 2730 E 31st St, Minneapolis.

Join us for a warming bowl of chili and celebrate food and community together. Everyone is welcome!
