Kasespaetzle - sauteed hand-made noodles with onions, bacon and cheese

Borschtschsuppe - traditional beet soup with beef and cabbage

Fourth course

Rinderrouladen - braised beef roll with bacon, gherkins, and mustard in a rich gravy

served with sweet and sour cabbage & boiled potatoes

Dampfnudeln - steamed yeast-dough dumpling with poached plum and custard sauce
