Fizz the Season TWO: A sparkling wine class for the holidays

Because our early Dec 'Fizz the Season' class sold out so fast, we are popping up an additional class to create the exact same class for those who could not attend the first.

Nothing says the holidays like bubbles in your glass. But sparkling wine isn’t just Champagne — there’s a whole world of fizz to explore!

Join Sommelier Leslee Miller (owner of + ) for a festive evening of sparkle, perfect for the holiday season. In this class, we’ll pop bottles from across the globe + discover the many styles of sparkling wine — from the elegant classics to the fresh, fun + festively affordable.

• The difference between Champagne, Cava, Crémant, Prosecco, Sekt + other sparklings.
• Why sparkling wines are the most versatile food pairing wines (yes, even with fried chicken, popcorn + french fries!)
• How bubbles are made (traditional vs. tank method — and why it matters)
• Tips for choosing bottles that impress without breaking the bank
• Oh yeah, we'll also teach you -- which shapes for which grapes in the world of fizz
