Guided by plant teachings, you will create five natural remedies including a cedar and plantain salve, an herbal inhaler, a muscle and joint relief roller, a cooling headache mist, and an anti stress herbal sachet.

Along the way, you will learn about the cultural history and significance of each plant, understanding how these remedies have been used in traditional practices for generations.
