Detox Flow is a great way to feel energized, reduce bloat, burn calories, and cleanse the body. The class will incorporate poses designed to boost your body's immunity by stimulating the lymphatic system. Class will include twists, flowing movement, poses to keep your digestion happy and some powerful breath work that will be incredibly effective at helping you release everything that your body and mind do not need. The class will be heated to a toasty 90° to encourage sweating out toxins stored in the body. Be Ready to Move and Sweat .... a lot!
