Community in Meditation

Please join me for a guided meditation, connection to breath and a soundbath at Fixx Coffee. A lot of our nervous systems are feeling the heaviness of the last few weeks. It is important in these times to find spots of joy in resistance and resilience. Please support our local business Fixx Coffee by grabbing a bite to eat and a warm beverage after our community gathering.

What to expect
This practice will be approximately 30 minutes. We will connect into a guided breath and meditation practice and end with a soundbath with crystal singing bowls. This is an all levels class. Looking for some movement? Join us for a 60 minute yoga class at 9:30am before this one.

What to bring
• Wear comfy clothes
• Bring something to sit or lay on
- Yoga mat, Pillow, Blanket, option to sit on a chair as well
• Something to rest your head on if you choose to lay down
• A Blanket to cover up

Donations
This is a free class to the community. If you have the means you are encouraged to to donate to one of the CH Mutual Funds. I will have QR codes to scan for these Mutual Aids the day of. I will also have my personal Venmo available where I can transfer those funds to the mutual aids. If you prefer a cash donation I will have a bowl out for those as well.
