This Soft Launch will feature 2 high quality, locally roasted hot drip coffees brewed with Minimum Wage Tim’s, and house made cold brew on tap. Simple cream and sugar available.
Goals:
1 Announce ourself as a neighborhood coffee shop. We’re here for beer and coffee!
2 Gain customer feedback toward future menu expansion. Do you like espresso?
3 Establish standard processes in a live atmosphere. Efficiency is key!
4 Support the community! Our block needs this ;)
5 identify labor needs and create jobs! Do you know a barista?
After the Soft Launch we will dial all this in and announce a Grand Opening for our coffee side.

Named for the Grand Rounds National Scenic Byway. Just as this parkway and path system connects all parts of Minneapolis, this blend takes us around the world!
Designed for espresso, this coffee is a dependable and comforting daily drinker for filter brew methods (drip machine, v60, Chemex, etc).
Available in a subscription plan (select Grand Rounds Blend as your Origin Bias).
