Kettlebells in the Haus! Get in on this educational kettlebell training session, followed by a post-workout beverage of your choice. All experience levels welcome and encouraged. Kettlebells provided, but participants are welcome to BYOKB.

During this fun (yet challenging!) 60-minute class, expect hands-on learning while practicing bodyweight and kettlebell foundation skills at your own pace. Meet fellow fitness friends, support local businesses and build your skills and strength.
