Annual Meeting & Potluck

Join us for our annual meeting at 2pm on Sunday, November 30th.

The meeting will take place in the main band room at the stadium. The band entrance is located under the “Pope” County marker, near Gate B. The Maroon Lot is the closest public parking area to this entrance.

We’ll review what we did this year and discuss upcoming events. It’s a great opportunity to socialize with fellow alumni and let board members know any feedback you have for the group.

Bring a goodie to share after the meeting.
