• No custom designs at pop-ups, must choose from the flash sheet specific to the event
• Must be 18yrs or accompanied by your legal guardian
• Excludes fingers, behind the ear, feet, and ribs
• $70 each for black ink
• $80 each for color ink
• Cash, Venmo, or Cash App accepted
