Dunster Archery Run Club!

No I don't mean Dunster Run Archery Club...

As the Longbow day doesn't start until later, how about a bit of Cardio to start the day? Just in time to get back for some health drink (and I do mean electrolytes - it's going to be hot!) and enough time to get changed before the Longbow starts.

Just an idea for now, if you are interested please comment on the below and I'll make sure something's set up. I'll be running either way!

It will be a relaxed run, probably at my zone 2 pace (~6:30min/km) but if there's enough interest we can send some groups out at different paces.

Archery shirts encouraged!
