Seeds of Song: A Songwriting Journey with Mimi O’Bonsawin

Root your creativity in story, rhythm, and connection with Mimi O’Bonsawin, an acclaimed contemporary roots singer-songwriter of French-Canadian and Abenaki (W8banaki) heritage, rooted in Northeastern Ontario. Through this immersive 60-minute workshop, Mimi guides participants in planting the seeds of their own songs—transforming intention and emotion into music that grows like a garden. Drawing on her unique blend of story-driven songwriting, ethereal melodies, acoustic textures, and layered percussion, she invites you to feel your music, not just hear it

Participants will require the use of Paper, pens - no instruments required.
