Grab your kayak, canoe, or pirogue and join us for a crisp autumn morning on the water! The Fall Paddle on Bayou Dorcheat is the perfect way to soak in Louisiana’s fall colors, enjoy fresh air, and make lasting memories with friends and family.
We’ll paddle 6 miles along beautiful Bayou Dorcheat, and whether you’re a seasoned pro or just starting out, you’re welcome to come relax, explore, and have fun.

🚗 Shuttle Information
Participants will drop off their boats/kayaks at the Bayou Dorcheat Boat Launch at Dixie Inn, then drive to the Webster Parish Public Boat Ramp (Sibley), and load onto a shuttle for transport back to the Bayou Dorcheat launch at Dixie Inn to begin the paddle.
Last shuttle time from Sibley back to the launch: 9:00 AM
