Full Moon Float

This kind of program only happens once in a blue moon! See the ponds at the Snyder Tract in a new light, under a (nearly) full moon! DCCB staff will transport your canoe or kayak back to the ponds, then we’ll experience the magic of floating on still water under the moonlight together. If nighttime fishing is your thing, bring a fishing pole to try your luck from your boat!

Participants must provide your own headlamps, boats, paddles, and life jackets. Anglers need a fishing license. Overnight camping is not allowed at Snyder Tract.
