• College Scholarships: We empower future female leaders with $5,000 scholarships, paid summer internships, CREW Network student memberships, and convention registration—all designed to help them launch successful careers in CRE.
• Industry Research: With Foundation support, CREW Network leads the world in gender and diversity research within commercial real estate. We are the only organization tracking data to drive meaningful conversations and solutions for greater equity and inclusion.
• CREW Careers and UCREW: These mission-driven programs build the pipeline by educating students, faculty, and educators about career opportunities in CRE—aligning perfectly with our commitment to fostering the next generation of women leaders.
