🎃 It’s the 2nd Annual Trunk or Treat hosted by Urban Youth Coalition and the Low Rider Community in partnership with the Harley-Davidson Museum and the City of Milwaukee Office of Community Wellness and Safety. Come celebrate Halloween with our community for a night of candy, costumes, and festive fun.
