About the event

The Elephant Man
Based on the true story of Joseph Merrick, Lynch's deeply humanist second feature tells the tale of a significantly disfigured Victorian-era man (John Hurt) and the surgeon (Sir Anthony Hopkins) who takes him out of a sideshow and gives him the opportunity to find his voice.
