This empowering series is designed to help you reconnect with your body’s foundation — the glutes, core, and pelvic floor. Through intentional movement, breathwork, and mindful awareness, you’ll strengthen and balance these vital muscles while also cultivating flexibility, stability, and resilience.
Each class will guide you through:
-Gentle warm-ups and breath practices to connect with your pelvic floor (no Kegels here).
-Strengthening sequences for the transverse abdominis, obliques, and glutes.
-Balancing work that helps support the weaker side of your body.
-Stretches and mindful cool downs (with and without props) to release and restore.
You’ll also receive a weekly progress worksheet to help track your awareness and growth throughout the series. These classes are inclusive and beneficial for all bodies, ages, and genders, creating a supportive space where diverse bodies and unique needs are honored.
This class is suitable for all levels, gender and age groups. Our teachers give clear, easy-to-follow instructions to help you move into each pose safely and with confidence. Modifications and variations are always offered so you can practice in a way that supports your body and its needs on any given day.
Please bring your yoga mat. Other needed props are available in the studio.
Note: If you have severe pelvic floor dysfunction or Stage 3–4 organ prolapse, please see a Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist before participating.
