Join us for a peaceful evening of guided meditation and sound healing led by Lynda Strong. You’ll be guided through a gentle chakra-clearing meditation, followed by a deeply restorative sound bath to help you reconnect with your highest self. The new moon is the perfect time to set intentions and manifest what you want to call into your life for the month ahead. Together, we’ll release what no longer serves us and create space for clarity, renewal, and possibility.
