As the seasons shift and the external world begins to quiet, this session invites you to tune inward—to listen through sensation, vibration, and intuition. Using crystal bowls, chimes, bells, drums, and meditative stillness, we’ll guide you into deep energetic alignment where the body becomes the oracle.
