Appointment Cancellation Policy: For cancellations, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. You will have the option of a full refund via gift card or a refund minus a restocking fee to the card you purchased the event with. 72-48 hours you will receive a full refund via gift card only. After 48 hours and no call no shows forfeit your spot and any credits/rescheduling.
We reserve the right to cancel classes and events due to low attendance. An electronic credit will be sent via email, or a refund will be issued as requested.
