Welcome to Full Moon Beach Yoga with Cathy! Join us for a serene evening of yoga under the full moon at Bradford Beach-(far North end of the beach.)
Look for the second crosswalk from the road. We will set up there on the sand in front of the water.
Open to all - No pre-registration
6:15 pm Check in relax set up your space. Get to know other like minded friends or ground yourself for the experience.
You will be guided through a relaxing yoga session while you listen to the soothing sounds of the waves. It's the perfect way to connect with nature and rejuvenate your mind, body, and soul. ☆A walking silent meditation to complete our event to the moon's reflection on the water. Don't miss out on this unique experience!
