February Women's Gathering

We invite women 18 and over to join us for an inspiring Podcast & Paint experience designed to nourish the mind and soul.

This relaxed, welcoming gathering offers space for creativity, reflection, and connection. Participants are invited to listen to a thoughtful podcast while painting at their own pace, creating an environment that supports self-expression and meaningful conversation.

Engaging in art and reflective listening can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood, encourage mindfulness, and provide a healthy outlet for emotions.
