Power Walking for Parents & Caregivers
Every Sunday | 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM
Join us for a refreshing one-hour power walk through Central Park! Connect with other parents, pregnant folks, postpartum moms and dads, doulas, grandmas, aunts, and uncles while getting some movement and fresh air.
Route:
🚶♂️ Start: 110th St & Central Park North
➡ Walk to 96th St & Central Park West
➡ Cross the park to the East Side
🏁 End at Dana Discovery Center (110th St)
All fitness levels welcome. Strollers encouraged!
