A playful, mindful movement experience for yogis with children ages 3–12
Making the 5,000-year-old science of yoga fun and engaging, Breathe, Bend & Bond invites children aged 3–12 and their families to stretch, breathe, meditate, and deeply relax—together. This play-based class blends yoga poses and ideas with imaginative storytelling, mindful games, and calming breathwork, offering a joyful space for movement, mindfulness, and connection.
Practicing yogis will appreciate the intention woven into each session, while newcomers may feel like they’re simply playing. Along the way, families will explore partner poses that help build strength, confidence, and mobility. Whether striking a tree pose or simply sharing a breath, families will find options for every age and experience level - including a fun and accessible approach to arm balancing through an introduction to Crow Pose. The session will conclude with a calming visit to The Peaceful Garden, a restful space where families enjoy a much-deserved moment of stillness and ease. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or brand new to the mat, this workshop offers a joyful space for movement, mindfulness, and connection.
