According to Edgar Cayce, attunement and application are at the heart of spiritual growth. He said attunement is the process of awakening to our spiritual nature and our true relationship with God. The most frequently recommended tools for achieving this attunement are the regular practice of prayer and meditation. Cayce believed that prayer was talking to God, while meditation was listening to God.

In this daylong seminar, we will learn how music and meditation help us return to a state of harmony and wholeness. We will see how meditation, especially when supported by sound, helps with what Cayce’s readings state “all healing, mental or material, is attuning each atom of the body, each reflex of the brain forces, to the awareness of the divine that lies within each atom, each cell of the body.” We will see how the body is actually like a symphony orchestra and how meditation practices can help us, as Cayce said, to attune “the mental body and the physical body to its spiritual source.”
