Explore Afro-Latino musical, dance and cultural traditions led by Bembé's artist educators, including Program & Dance Director, Imani Jalil, Music Director, Bony Benavides, Teaching Artist Linda Serna, Artist-in-Residence Maestro Beto Torrens, and more. Learn and practice rhythms such as Son Jarocho, Bomba, Plena, Rumba, Salsa, Cumbia, and Samba. Join us for Bembé community events, cultural celebrations, family activities, public performances, and more!
All workshops take place at Bembé's Casa Cultural located at 611 S. Layton Blvd., Milwaukee 53215 (across the street from the Mitchell Park Domes).
