Get ready for the most scrumptious and magical event of the season! The 2025 MWR fall festival is "Haunted by Chocolate: A Wonka-Weird Halloween," and it's happening at NAS Whiting Field on Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
Step into the whimsical world of Willy Wonka and join us for a delightful journey through his famous Chocolate Factory. This year’s annual fall festival is bursting with treats, colorful characters, and enchanting experiences that are sure to be a sweet adventure for the entire family.
Walk the Wonka-Weird path and collect candy as you participate in exciting activities inspired by the world of Wonka. Each stop along the trail will immerse you in the fantasy, from the Chocolate River to delightful candy-making machines. You'll meet beloved characters along the way, and each station offers candy-filled activities, treats, and immersive experiences designed to transport you straight into the factory.
We're also bringing back our cherished fall festival traditions! Enjoy a relaxing hayride and find your perfect pick at our classic pumpkin patch.
This free event is open to MWR patrons with base access. Don't forget to bring your imagination and a sweet tooth for a truly magical experience!
