Join us on Saturday, October 25th, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Milton Community Center for a day focused on mental well-being for the whole family. This event is designed to provide valuable resources and engaging activities for all ages.

The event will feature:

Mental Health Booths: Our amazing referral partners will be handing out informational materials AND will be doing interactive activities focused on developing essential coping skills and practicing self-care techniques geared towards the entire family.

There will be Fall crafts for sale!

Kids' Fun Booth: We'll have a dedicated area with activities specifically designed to engage the kiddos & a free fall photo opportunity!

Free BBQ: Enjoy delicious complimentary food, generously provided by Blake's BBQ.

Informative Lectures: We are proud to host important discussions on a variety of critical mental health topics, including:

1. Suicide Prevention: Learn practical strategies and gain confidence in how to approach and discuss difficult mental health topics with loved ones.

2. Parenting in the Digital World: This will offer guidance on navigating the challenges of technology in modern parenting and fostering healthy family attachments. This lecture is aimed towards parents of teens!

3. Understanding Your Child's Behavior: Gain valuable insights into interpreting your child's actions and understanding what their behavior may be communicating. This is aimed towards parents with smaller kiddos!
