Adventures in Canoeing

Girl Scouts attending this experience must have completed Canoeing 101 to attend.

Starting from the Hattiesburg Girl Scout Office, girls will take a fun road trip to Adventures Unlimited in Milton, FL, accompanied by council staff who are Paddlesport Safety Facilitator trained. Girls will use the skills they learned in Canoeing 101 as they embark down Coldwater Creek on a 4-mile canoe trip. Girls will also work on their outdoor cooking, firebuilding, and backpacking skills. All meals, including snacks, accommodations, transportation, entry fees, and a fun patch, are included in the registration cost. Trip balances must be paid in full by April 30, 2025.
