POWER OF POLES Intro session, Learn to Nordic Walk at CAMPBELL PARK with Emma, 1hr

Come and learn how to turn walking into a total body exercise with poles.
This 1hr session will ensure you get the correct movement and technique using both strapless and Nordic Walking poles. You will have time to practice technique as well as advice on selecting the correct poles for YOU!

The POWER OF POLES Induction is totally unique in that it explores the use of both strapless and Nordic Walking poles to aid the user to get the very best technique and results! A total body workout suitable for ALL ages and abilities. Similar exercise to the Cross trainer at the gym!

The POWER OF POLES session will introduce you to the wonderful world of Nordic Walking - a fun, sociable and affordable way to improve your health and fitness.
On completion of the 1hr session your first Nordic Walk with MK Nordic Walking will be FREE! Your instructor will advise the best level of walk for you to start with.
Pole hire is included for the Learn To session and any further walks with us.
